Bullshit Excuse Stamp by Maria-Oregon Bullshit Excuse Stamp by Maria-Oregon
(( I've seen this happen a lot. Some moron starts causing trouble, such as harrasement or making threats and the second someone is about to report them, BAM! The moron suddenly claims to some sort of mental disability and blames said disability for their actions.:unimpressed:

No. Just no. Using any sort of mental disability as an excuse for one's actions is not only bullshit, but an insult to people that ACTUALLY have one. That is basically saying anyone that has a mental disability behaves horribly and causes trouble :I Grow up, and take some damn responsibility for your actions. Don't want to? Then don't do stupid shit in the first place. ))

Oh, and I'd like to add, I have depression and anxiety. Someone (I'm not naming names) told me to CONTROL it because I get upset all the time when I recieve hate comments. Excuse me, but disorders also aren't something you can control. You can't control the disorder, but what you can control is your behavior. I acted decent all the 10 years before I was diagnosed, so why stop now? I'm 13 now and still act decent. Granted, I get upset sometimes and can rage, but I don't use my depression and anxiety as excuses.

(( :iconthisplz::iconclapplz: All very true. One can't control their disorder, but they indeed can control their behavior. Which is why I find it so very insulting when I see someone using a disorder as an excuse, especially when I have aspergers myself. It may cause some problems for me, but I am fully able to tell right from wrong, and know better then to act a certain way. ))

There's this one girl (AnimeCat9000) who made an impostor account of Rosa-The-Clefairy. This girl claimed that Rosa was an art theft that stole all of Anime's art. Anime told a bunch of my friends to die, spread lies and rumors about me (Go a few pages in on my old lolgal96 account and you'll see the hate). She spread the rumors to purposely try and make people hate me. Want to know what her excuse was? "I have autism." Autism is a serious thing that should NOT be used as an excuse to be an a-hole! I know someone with autism, he's the sweetest thing! I know he wouldn't tell people to die! My friend xXNikesDiamondXx has aspergers and isn't an a-hole! He doesn't tell people to die! I'm pretty sure Anime was faking it. But if she wasn't, it's no excuse for her crappy behavior.

(omg, I would've totally ripped that girl a new one if I had saw any that, since I have aspergers myself, as I previously mentioned. And that is just plain insulting to put the blame for her crap on a disorder. That is like saying "all autistic people are stupid and do horrible things." ))

This boy I know who is 11 has an even more severe form of autism, and he is the sweetest thing ever! I know for a fact that the only reason he'd tell someone to die is if he heard someone else say it! My other friend Devin (Nikes) has aspergers and he's also really nice! Granted, he can get angry, but he hasn't told someone to die unless we were doing roleplays with our characters.

There's a girl in my class, Tanisia Paige, and she's mental. Whenever she bumps into me and I yell at her, the teachers scold me telling me to be kind to her. I'm like: Just because she's mental doesn't mean she can get away with everything!

There's this one time she purposely knocked my notebook out of my hands, and she blamed it on me throwing it at her. I slapped her upside the face.. She probably isn't even mental.

And I have something that makes me have anger issues, but I don't use it for an excuse.

((I have it too, nor Do I ever once use it as an excuse for my behavior. Which is why it infuriates me so much when I see others that do use it as an excuse, all it does is make it look like we're all bad people :grump: ))
